When buying a hotel, motel or other accommodation, I can handle the whole process from start to finish, if required.

Here's how it works.

To help you decide if motel ownership is for you, I can arrange a face-to-face meeting to discuss the advantages and disadvantages. For instance, did you know it's not necessarily a 24-7 occupation?

We'll also discuss your expectations, budget and location preferences.
